We recommend using these resources to expand and deepen engagement with DEI efforts and to create consistent branding and messaging that will enhance the communications about DEI 2.0 from central channels.
DEI 2.0 Strategic Planning Toolkit
This toolkit has been developed to provide DEI Leads with helpful tools, templates and other resources as they plan for DEI 2.0. This information is designed to help support community engagement and information gathering to inform strategic planning efforts.
DEI 2.0 Transition Toolkit
The DEI 2.0 Transition Toolkit contains several communications resources including flyer & poster templates, social media assets, and digital signage assets. The templates can be customized for specific needs. The social media assets can be used on school/college or unit-specific social channels and digital signage can be used for digital poster boards and other digital platforms.
DEI Goal-setting Guide
ODEI is pleased to provide this DEI Goal-setting Guide for Faculty and Staff as an optional resource you can share in your unit, school, or college. The DEI Goal-setting Guide provides insights, strategies, and steps that focus on setting DEI goals at the individual level. Recommended organizational practices for DEI goal-setting are also included.
